If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return and re-clean whatever is in question at no additional charge.

And, if you see something that's not up to your standards, just let us know within one business day after the cleaning. We promise to correct it by returning at the earliest possible moment, without a bit of hassle.

 

We are insured for major damage but It is our policy not to clean minor breakable items unless you agree that we are not responsible for accidental damage to items such as dishes, vases, crystal, art work, electronics, laundry etc.
